Toby is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience leading technology and service organizations. He combines strategic innovation, operational expertise, sales acumen, and entrepreneurialism to drive growth and achieve sustained success. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at KeyCare, Toby spearheaded growth and operational excellence for a rapidly expanding virtual care delivery and platform company. His leadership in sales, client success, marketing, implementation, and practice operations resulted in signing 17 new health system clients and expanding the organization to over 60 providers.
Toby's extensive experience includes significant roles in larger organizations, such as AIM Specialty Health, where he led a 900-person solution delivery and client support organization before becoming General Manager overseeing a $250M portfolio of core solutions and digital products. He also co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of NetCare Health, one of the pioneering organizations offering an “e-visit” platform for diagnosing and treating common chronic conditions.
In addition, Toby served as Chief Operating Officer at DestinationRx, developing decision-support tools to help patients make informed healthcare decisions. He also founded Rxaminer, the first company to provide consumers with therapeutic equivalent drug comparison tools.
Toby holds a Bachelors in economics and management from Albion College and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
